Q: The item I want is out of stock/not found on the website, when will you be restocking it?
  • The majority of our inventory consists of limited edition styles, closeouts, discontinued styles, and hard-to-find styles. Quantities are limited and the option of restocking is not readily available. We recommend that if you see something you like, place your orders as soon as possible!

  • Products bought from Singapore Vault are considered to be a private transaction sold and bought among friends. If you do not think that we are your friend, please do not purchase from us.

  • All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise.

  • All prices quoted on the website show the final amount you need to pay us for PICK UP ONLY. Delivery to your door step in Singapore will incur an additional SGD$15. Charges for delivery are necessary because of a) the already discounted prices, b) the increasing cost of petrol, c) the time it takes to drive to your location. All import shipping cost are already included in the prices quoted on the website.

  • ALL PRODUCTS LISTED IN SINGAPOREVAULT.COM ARE IN STOCK AND READY FOR IMMEDIATE COLLECTION or DELIVERY, unless otherwise stated in the description section of the product. Once you place an order, you will be contacted by phone or SMS to arrange a meet up for your purchase usually within 2 business days. If you do not receive a call, please kindly email or call us. Your order might have been overlooked.

  • Note that for products that are listed as in stock with a estimated arrival date, please take note that arrival dates/times are all tentative and estimated as we have no control over backorders from manufacturers or delays at the border/customs.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Trying out of products from Singapore Vault is usually not allowed or recommended. Please try to look for them in stores first and test them before contacting us to purchase. We try our best to promise our customers brand new in box items.

  • For product(s) specially brought in for you, a minimal deposit is usually collected so as to ensure genuine interest of purchase by you. There will be no refunds or cancellations on such orders as full payment of the product has already been made by us on your behalf. Q: Why are prices of products so cheap in SingaporeVault.com?
  • First, we do not operate a physical store, hence lesser overheads, means more savings passed onto you. That also means that if you want to view any items, you will have to check them out in local retail stores.

  • Second, we import our products from overseas directly. Lesser middleman, means more savings for everyone.

  • Third, we deal mainly in cash or direct bank transfer, hence there are no extra debit/credit card fees to be paid.

  • Fourth, we do not employ unnecessary employees, hence lesser payroll to take care of.

  • Fifth, we try our best to bring in only products/brands that we are confident we are able to price among the lowest in Singapore.

Q: What is SingaporeVault.com Layaway Purchase Program?
  • Layaway Purchase Program allow individuals a simple method to purchase item(s) without paying the entire cost at once. However, rather than take the item home and repay the debt on a regular schedule, as in most installment plans or hire purchases, our Layaway Purchase Program customer does not receive the item until the item(s) is/are completely paid for.

  • There are no extra fees/surcharges involved with our Layaway Purchase Program. When using this program, the item is kept in storage until the payments are completed, which has a deadline of 90 days from initial “layaway”.

Q: What are Mass Orders?
  • Currently, we are unable to take orders for products NOT LISTED on the website until further notice.

  • Mass Orders are orders for products not listed on the website which are ordered in bulk for a group of individual buyers.

  • Orders usually take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to arrive, depending on manufacturer. We are unable to control the delivery time/schedule. We can only try our best to accommodate your request. Order only if you can afford to wait. Patience is needed.

  • We will require a minimal of SGD $50 to $100 non-refundable deposit into our POSB account when such ordering takes place. Take note that this is not because we do not trust you but once we place the order, we will not be able to return the goods. This is usually collected so as to ensure genuine interest of purchase by you. There will be no refunds or cancellations on such orders as full payment of the product has already been made by us on your behalf. The item may be backordered on the manufacturer's end which is out of our control. Hence, patience would be required for such orders. Therefore, REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE.

  • In order to receive your deposit, you will know our bank account number and that would give you sufficient information to prevent us from running away with your deposits.

Q: What is Recommended Retail Selling Price (RRSP)?
  • Recommended Retail Selling Prices are usually set by the manufacturer/distributor. Hence, when retail shops sell these products, they are required to follow the stated standard price list as given by the distributor.

  • We do not need to follow this requirement as we parallel import our products direct from overseas and are not bound by the local distributor. Hence, we can sell our products at lower prices.

Q: Why was the item in my shopping cart no longer available at checkout?
  • The inventory on our site is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

Q: Why is the sale item that I had in my shopping cart yesterday no longer on sale today?
  • Your shopping cart will not secure sale prices for you. If you place an item in your cart at a sale price, the price will change once the sale has expired. We recommend that if you see something you like, place your orders as soon as possible!

Q: How to place and collect orders? (4 methods)

    • Your account will automatically be activated and ready for purchase.
    • Once your account has been activated, log in and purchase products by adding them into your shopping cart and REMEMBER TO CHECKOUT.
    • Once you have placed your order, expect to receive a call within 2 - 4 days to arrange for collection. If you do not receive a call, please kindly email or call us. Your order might have been overlooked.

  2. METHOD 2

  3. METHOD 3
    • For URGENT orders with a time frame of less than 2 business days, please call us at 3150-7253 (+65-3150-SALE). Calls SHOULD ONLY be made between 6am to 3pm Singapore time. DO NOT call before or after the stated time. This local Singapore number is rerouted to an overseas location. No typo error - it starts with a '3'. No long distance charges will apply. SMS is not available on this number till further notice.

Q: Where to collect my order?
  • Pick-up can ONLY be done at 2 locations:
    1. Geylang Lor 3, everyday, between 10am to 9pm.
      (Nearest MRT station: Kallang, then 5 min walk - Google Map Link)
    2. Change Alley at Shenton Way during office hours, Monday to Friday, between 9am to 5pm.
      (Nearest MRT: Raffles MRT station, then 5 min walk).

  • Note that ANY other places which are NOT convenient and agreed upon WILL INCUR an additional cost of SGD$15 delivery charge. Buyer will be informed of any additional delivery charges prior to delivery being made, so that there are no misunderstandings during the meeting.

  • All prices quoted on the website show the final amount you need to pay us for PICK UP ONLY. There are no extra charges unless delivery is required. Delivery to your door step in Singapore will incur an additional SGD$15. Charges for delivery are necessary because of a) the already discounted prices, b) the increasing cost of petrol, c) the time it takes to drive to your location.   • For outside Singapore (Overseas) purchases, shipping charges is estimated at SGD$25 to SGD$45 for a pair of sunglasses, inclusive of online tracking, depending on your location. Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
  • For local Singapore purchases, where products ARE AVAILABLE for immediate pick up, we accept Cash and Carry or Cash on Delivery. Do not use Direct Bank Deposit (ATM funds transfer or Internet banking funds transfer) method for Cash and Carry or Cash on Delivery purchases. Debit/Credit Cards and Paypal NOT ACCEPTED.

  • For local Singapore purchases, where products ARE NOT AVAILABLE for immediate pick up and a deposit is required to reserve the purchase, we will accept Direct Bank Deposit (ATM funds transfer or Internet banking funds transfer) to our POSB account for faster processing.

  • For outside Singapore (Overseas) purchases, we will ONLY accept (1) Direct Bank Deposit Transfer/Inter-Bank Deposit (AUS$ or CAD$ or SGD$ or USD$) or (2) Western Union (CAD$ or SGD$) or (3) Money Order (CAD$ or SGD$ or USD$) or (4) Personal Cheques (CAD$ or SGD$ or USD$). We have bank accounts in Australia, Canada, Singapore, and United States of America for your convenience. Extra fees such as transaction-related cost and shipping charges will apply for ALL overseas transactions.

    • Exchange rates to be used for conversion from SGD$ will be based on www.xe.com + 3.5% (bank exchange rate currency difference).
    • The total will also include all extra transaction fees depending on method of payment (varies from $0 to $25).
    • Shipping charges is estimated at SGD$25 to SGD$45 for a pair of sunglasses, inclusive of online tracking, depending on your location. Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases.

  • Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards WILL NOT be accepted in any circumstances. Please do not bother asking. Refer to www.Paypalsucks.com for our reasons.

Authenticity and Warranty Information

Q: Authenticity Questions (Real or Fake?)
  • Please read our feedbacks/testimonials from previous buyers. We have been doing this since 2005. If any of our products had been fake, we will not be here standing strong. And more importantly, if we are selling fake stuff, we will not be insanely selling so many different fake items. Think about it, before asking. (Read: What is Buyer Feedback/Testimonial?)

  • Do a google search on "Singapore Vault", "O-Pimp", "OakleyPimp" or "singaporevault". We are pretty sure you will see all the related articles and posts about our website and services.

  • If the testimonials/feedback from our buyers still do not satisfy your concerns/worries, no worries. You can still meet up with us and check the item yourself BUT PLEASE DO NOT AND I REPEAT, DO NOT bother asking us "Are your products authentic/genuine?". It's pointless and annoying because you know our answer. ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE AUTHENTIC AND GENUINE. We do not sell fake stuff. Do your own research before meeting us to check out our products.

Q: Exchanges | Refunds
  • We have a final sale policy. No refunds, and no exchanges policy. All items are sold AS-IS. All sales are Final. No warranty, or manufactures' extended warranty is expressed or implied.

  • No refunds or exchanges or replacements are allowed UNLESS during the meet-up for collection of your order, when you do an IMMEDIATE and THROUGH inspection, you notice any damages or flaws to the product. Once we part, the transaction will be considered final and completed.

  • For product(s) specially brought in for you, a minimal deposit is usually collected so as to ensure genuine interest of purchase by you. There will be no refunds or cancellations on such orders as full payment of the product has already been made by us on your behalf. Q: Warranty Questions
  • SingaporeVault.com do not provide receipts for your purchases, hence, manufacturers' limited warranty may be voided. But take note that our prices are usually 20% to 40% lower than local retail store prices, hence the savings should more than offset any cost of warranty.

  • All products sold on our website are guaranteed authentic and genuine. Hence, repair work can still be requested at the manufacturer's local respective repair centre if ever needed. Cost of repair may vary. Note that after the manufacturers' limited warranty expires (which is usually 1 year), you will still need to pay for these repair services anyway. Take good care of your purchases and repair services will not be required.

  • IMPORTANT NOTICE: Oakley sunglasses/RX frames no longer comes with lifetime warranty. Oakley only provides a one year limited warranty if your purchase was made from a local retail store that provides a official sales receipt. The local warranty does not cover scratched lenses or damages due to your own fault.

  • If ever needed and if we are able to help, we might be able to send the item to a different country's repair centre for cheaper repair. Contact us for more details if ever needed.
